This was never just about jewellery.

Lucy Luna began during one of the most vulnerable chapters of my life—somewhere between motherhood, uncertainty and the search to feel like myself again.

What started as a quiet idea became a journey across countries, through setbacks, pregnancy and new beginnings.

This is the story of the brand that grew alongside my babies—and helped me find my way back to myself

Meet Natali

I’m Natali, founder of Lucy Luna, mother to Luna and Alessia, wife, dreamer—and someone who has always believed that life can hold more than one version of you.

For more than 15 years, jewellery has been part of my world. I have worked around fine jewellery, retail, design and the women who wear it. I have always understood that jewellery is rarely just an accessory. It carries memories, marks chapters and has the power to change the way a woman feels.

But Lucy Luna was not born from a perfectly mapped-out business plan.

It was born at a time when I needed to rediscover my own identity.

"I loved being a mother, but I was still allowed to want something that belonged to me."

The chapter that changed everything

After becoming Luna’s mum, I dreamed of growing our family. When that journey became more difficult than I expected, I entered one of the most vulnerable periods of my life.

I felt guilt. I felt disconnected. Somewhere between motherhood and disappointment, I began losing parts of myself.

With the support of my husband and the love of my daughter, I slowly stopped punishing myself for what I could not control. I began searching for something that could give me purpose, creativity and hope again.

I started researching, sketching and imagining a jewellery brand of my own.

That idea became Lucy Luna.

It gave me somewhere to place my energy. It reminded me that I could still dream, build and become something new without taking anything away from the mother I already was.

"Lucy Luna grew alongside my babies. It was built during motherhood, uncertainty and hope."

The Lucy Luna Journey

Lucy Luna did not arrive fully formed. It was built through instinct, travel, unexpected turns and the decision to keep going when the original plan fell apart.

2024 — The Leap

Hong Kong

With less than two weeks’ notice, I booked a trip to the Hong Kong International Jewellery Fair.

I boarded a nine-hour flight with my 18-month-old daughter, Luna, and my mum beside me. I had no guarantee of what would come from it—only the feeling that I needed to go.

Over five days, I met wholesalers, built international relationships and began learning what it would truly take to bring Lucy Luna to life.

It was the first time the dream felt real.

2024 — The unexpected chapter

Alessia

One month after returning from Hong Kong, I discovered I was pregnant with Alessia.

The news I had hoped for arrived just as Lucy Luna was beginning to take shape.

For a moment, the dream paused—but it did not disappear. It simply began growing beside another one.

2024 — The detour

Turkey

At 12 weeks pregnant, I travelled to Turkey to pursue a manufacturing opportunity that had grown from the relationships I formed in Hong Kong.

I believed it could be the partnership that moved Lucy Luna forward. Instead, it became a lesson in trusting my instincts and refusing to build the brand through an arrangement that did not feel right.

After almost a year of time, conversations and hope, the opportunity fell through.

It was disappointing—but it clarified what I would no longer compromise on.

Creating the world of Lucy Luna

Finding the right supplier was only the beginning. From the first samples to the campaign imagery, every part of Lucy Luna’s world began taking shape with intention.

I wanted the brand to feel bold, feminine and unmistakably different—not like another jewellery label following the same rules.

Slowly, the vision I had carried through motherhood, travel and setbacks began becoming real.

"Some dreams grow slowly. That does not make them any less powerful."

Lucy Luna comes to life

Lucy Luna is now the result of every version of that journey: the woman who felt lost, the mother who kept showing up, the founder who booked the flight and the dreamer who began again when things did not go to plan.

The brand was shaped by my daughters, but it was created for every woman who has ever wondered whether she is still allowed to want more for herself.

You do not have to choose between the life you love and the woman you are becoming.

Made for every version of her

Lucy Luna is for the woman who refuses to be reduced to one role.

The woman who can nurture a family and build something of her own. Who can be soft without becoming small. Who can change direction, begin again, take up space and still want to feel beautiful while doing it.

Our jewellery is created to move through every version of her life—from the ordinary days to the defining ones.

Not as permission to become someone else, but as a reminder of the woman already there.

Chosen with intention

Every Lucy Luna piece is informed by more than 15 years of experience across fine jewellery, retail and the women who wear it.

Our collections are selected and developed with close attention to quality, proportion, comfort and the way each piece feels once it becomes part of your everyday life.

The long search for the right manufacturing partner was never only about producing jewellery. It was about finding people who understood the standard, care and vision behind the brand.

We create pieces that feel distinctive without becoming unwearable—jewellery designed to be reached for, lived in and remembered.

Thoughtfully designed. Carefully sourced. Made to become part of your story.

A note from me to you.

For a long time, I believed I had to wait for the perfect moment to begin.

Lucy Luna taught me that the perfect moment rarely arrives. Sometimes, you begin while life is uncertain. Sometimes, you build while raising babies. Sometimes, the plan changes completely—and you keep going anyway.

This brand brought me back to myself.

My hope is that every piece of Lucy Luna gives another woman a small part of that same feeling: confidence, beauty, strength and permission to become more.

Thank you for being here at the beginning of this chapter.

With love,

Natali
Founder of Lucy Luna
